Configure Communities for your organization

Step 1: Define Company Identity & Brand Values

Know Your Customer (KYC) Check

To begin configuring your Communities Hub, start by providing some information for for a friendly KYC check. It helps us ensure a secure and smooth experience for you and your team. This information includes:

  • About Company: Detailed yet concise description of your company to give visitors a comprehensive understanding of your business's values and objectives.

  • Company Vision: Statement of your company's future goals and aspirations, reflecting the ideal future state or impact you envision for your business

  • Company Mission: Company's fundamental values, such as commitment to quality, customer focus, or innovation, that shape your business practices and culture

  • Impact Statement: Statement of your company's future goals and aspirations, reflecting the ideal future state or impact you envision for your business

  • Brand Values: Key principles and beliefs that your brand embodies, such as excellence, creativity, or sustainability, to communicate the essence of brand identity.

Once you've provided all of the information for the KYC Check, click Continue. Your responses will be reviewed and verified.

Step 2: Icebreaker Questions & Profile Cover

Icebreaker Questions

These questions are shown during the onboarding flow for new employees. You can add a maximum of 3 icebreaker questions, tailored to your organization. Some examples might include:

  • What's one hobby or activity you're passionate about outside of work?

  • If you could work remotely from anywhere in the world for one month, where would you choose and why?

  • What's something interesting about you that most people wouldn't guess?

Add your questions, select them, and click Continue.

Employee Page Covers

You can upload multiple profile page covers for employees to select from when customizing their Globalli profile. This allows you to create a cohesive brand for your Globalli account.

Step 3: Company Connections & Integrations

You can configure integrations that help your organization communicate and stay connected. All integrations are optional.

Slack Integration

If your organization uses Slack, you can enable this integration. You'll be redirected to Slack's website to sign in to your workspace. This allows you to synchronize your workspace with Globalli.

Social Networks

Add your social networks, including Facebook, Linkedin, X, and Instagram.

Click Continue

Sharing Across Profiles:
Once your Slack integration is fully authorized, social share settings will appear here.

Available Connections for Employees:

Once integrations, such as Slack, are connected, you can enable them for employees.

Step 4: Community Security & Access Settings

Security Settings

Per each user type, select to enable their access:

  • Access to the Platform

  • Video posting

  • Posts Sharing within platform

  • posts sharing outside platform
