Within the Globalli platform, Communities allow teams across countries, departments, and projects to engage beyond payroll and HR processes.
What is Communities?
Communities is an internal networking feature that enables employees, managers and company admins to:
Join or create groups based on shared interests, departments, or initiatives.
Celebrate milestones (such as work anniversaries, promotions, or birthdays).
Share updates, resources, and best practices.
Build a stronger culture across distributed teams.
Key Benefits

How to Access Communities
Log in to you account.
In the left-hand menu, select Communities Hub.
Browse available groups or use the search bar to find one that matches your interests.
How to Join a Community
Click on a Community you’d like to join.
Select Join.
Once joined, you can post, comment, and react within the group.
How to Create a New Community (Admins)
Go to the Communities section.
Select Create New Community.
Fill out details:
Community Name (e.g., "Global Sales Team" or "Wellness & Fitness").
Description (purpose of the group).
Privacy Settings (open to all employees or invite-only).
Click Create.
Tips for Engagement
Encourage managers to create department-specific communities.
Highlight important milestones in posts to boost morale.
