The Communities feature helps your organization stay connected across countries, teams, and roles. It’s a shared space where company admins, managers, and employees can interact, join groups, celebrate milestones, and build stronger connections.
Benefits of Communities
1. Foster Connection Across Borders
Bring together global teams in one central space—whether you’re an admin in finance or an employee in another country.
2. Join Interest-Based Groups
Connect with colleagues around shared topics such as Wellness, Company News, Departments, Culture & Social, or Country-Specific Communities.
3. Celebrate Milestones
Recognize birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, or team achievements directly in Communities.
4. Encourage Knowledge Sharing
Admins can post company-wide updates, while employees can share tips, stories, or highlight great work by their peers.
5. Boost Engagement and Belonging
Help employees feel more included, no matter where they’re located, by giving them a space to interact and engage outside of day-to-day work.
