Selecting User Permissions for Your Organization

You can choose to enable the following types of use permissions based on the needs of your organization:

  • People Access

With a People Access License, employees can view and update their personal information, submit time-off requests, access pay stubs, participate in training programs, and perform other tasks relevant to their role within the platform.

  • Manager Access

A Manager License refers to a specific type of permission or subscription granted to designated managers or supervisors within an organization, allowing them to access additional features and capabilities within the Globalli platform. Managers with this license can view and approve employee time-off requests, review performance evaluations, access team-specific reports and analytics, initiate payroll processes, and perform other managerial tasks to effectively oversee their teams and ensure operational efficiency within the platform.

  • Admin Access

Company Admin Licenses refer to the subscription or permission granted to designated individuals within an organization to access and manage administrative functions and settings within the Globalli platform. Company Admins typically have elevated privileges that allow them to configure system settings, manage user permissions, set up payroll parameters, generate reports, and oversee various aspects of the platform to ensure smooth operation and compliance with company policies.

  • Limited Access

Limited Access License is a specialized permission or subscription granted to an employee or contractor who has been terminated from the organization but still requires restricted access to the Globalli platform for a limited period after their employment termination. This type of license allows the terminated employee or contractor to view or retrieve certain essential information such as past pay stubs, tax documents, and benefit details, while restricting access to other system functionalities and sensitive data.
