How to Access Country Profiles
Log in with you Company Admin account.
From the left navigation, select Country Profile.
Use the Search bar or select a country from the alphabetized list.
Click on the country you would like to review
Insights
Insights gives you visibility into key country information at a glance, such as bank holidays per year, working hours per week, termination notice required, etc. Use the Search bar for Country Insights Cards to find relevant information.
Payroll
Select Payroll to review payroll rules (general, pay frequency, currency, pay codes, etc.) and employer liabilities (federal/country tax, workers comp/insurances, local state/province tax, and local city/county/township).
Documents
You can view freeform or standardized documents for the entire country, by user type - Employees, Company, Contractor and EE Employer of Record. Examples of Standardized Employee Documents you may want to include are 1099s, W-2, etc.
