1. Who Is My Employer?
Even though you were hired by , your legal employer is Globalli. This means:
Globalli manages your contract, payroll, taxes, and statutory benefits.
You work day-to-day with your company, but HR and payroll compliance are handled by us.
2. How Do I Get Paid?
Your salary is processed by Globalli and paid directly to the bank account you provided.
Payments follow the local payroll cycle in your country.
Any taxes or statutory deductions (like social security or pension) are withheld automatically.
3. Where Can I See My Payslips?
You can download your payslips directly from the platform:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Profile - Pay Info
Select Download Payslip for your most recent payslip or navigate to Documents for previous payslips.
4. What Benefits Do I Receive?
As an employee, you receive:
Statutory benefits required by law in your country (e.g., social security, paid leave, pension).
Company-provided benefits (such as health insurance, wellness perks, or allowances) if offered by the Client Company.
Check your Employee Profile > Benefits tab or your Country Profile for details.
5. Who Do I Contact With HR or Payroll Questions?
For questions about day-to-day work, time off requests, or performance → Contact your manager.
For questions about contracts, payroll, benefits, or compliance → Contact Globalli Support Team via the platform or email.
6. How Do I Request Time Off?
Log in to the platform.
Go to Time & Attendance > Request Time Off
Select the type of leave, add dates, and submit.
Your request will be reviewed by both your manager and the EOR for compliance.
7. What Happens If I Change My Bank Details?
Update your bank details in Profile > Payment Information.
Make sure updates are done before payroll cut-off for the month.
If the change is after cut-off, your next paycheck will be sent to the new account.
8. How Do I Know My Taxes Are Being Paid?
All required income tax and social contributions are deducted automatically. Globalli files and pays these directly to local authorities on your behalf.
You’ll see these deductions clearly in your payslip.
At year-end, you may receive a tax certificate depending on your country.
9. What If I Want to Leave the Company?
If you plan to resign:
Submit your resignation to your manager.
The EOR will guide you through notice periods, final payroll, and benefits closure in line with local labor laws.
10. Is My Data Secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and protected with enterprise-level security.
Automatic logout occurs after 7 minutes of inactivity.
Only authorized personnel have access to your payroll data.
