Requirements for EOR Employees in the Philippines & Their Purpose
1. Bank Statement (or Bank Account Details)
Purpose:
Used to set up payroll and ensure salary is deposited into the correct employee account.

2. SSS ID Number (Social Security System)
Purpose:

3. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Purpose:

Ensures the employee is properly registered for income tax compliance.
Needed to issue BIR Form 2316 annually.
4. PhilHealth ID Number
Purpose:
Used to enroll and remit contributions to the national health insurance program.
Ensures employees can access PhilHealth benefits for medical, hospitalization, and outpatient services.
Needed for claims processing and verification.
5. Pag-IBIG ID Number
Purpose:
Required for the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) membership.
