This video explains how to make compensation in Globalli and is designed for Company Admins and Managers who want a quick visual walkthrough of the process.

Step Summary

  1. Login to app.globalli.io

  2. Search for an Employee from the main search bar or Employee page.

  3. Click on the employee's profile, and Select View Detailed Profile

  4. Select Lifecycle Changes in the top right corner

  5. Select Salary Change

  6. Enter New Compensation Type

  7. Enter the New Annual Salary or New Hourly Salary

  8. Choose an Effective Date

  9. Upload a relevant Document, such as a salary increase letter.

  10. Click Set up for E-sign if the document requires a signature.

  11. Select whether the employee must acknowledge receipt of the document.

  12. Select whether the document requires a wet signature.

  13. To review the compensation change, select Role Info from the employee's profile and scroll down to Job History.
