What Is Veremark?

Veremark is a secure, GDPR-compliant background screening platform that verifies employment history, education credentials, and other professional details on behalf of organizations.

Veremark manages the verification of candidates’ previous work experience, ensuring all submitted employment history is legitimate and accurately represented.

Step-by-Step: Employment Verification Process

Step 1: Candidate Invitation

Once a candidate reaches the verification stage, they receive an email invitation from Veremark.
The email will include:

  • A secure link to the Veremark portal

  • Instructions to create an account/ complete personal details form and consent to the verification

  • Details about what information and documents are required (National ID check, Criminal Record Search, Global Sanctions

Tip: Candidates should check their spam or junk folders if they haven’t received the email within 24 hours.

Step 2: Candidate Submission

The candidate will:

  1. Log in to the Veremark portal

  2. Provide National ID and upload supporting documentation as needed

  3. Review and confirm their consent for Veremark to contact previous employers

Step 3: Verification in Progress

Veremark will then:

  • Contact former employers directly

  • Verify employment dates, titles, and reasons for leaving (if applicable)

  • Validate supporting documentation provided by the candidate

Step 4: Completion and Reporting

Once verification is complete:

  • Veremark submits a report to Globalli HR team.

  • HR reviews the results and updates the candidate’s status in the internal HR system.

If there are discrepancies or incomplete information, HR will contact the candidate for clarification.
