The following plans are available to verify candidates' credentials, employment history and compliance. All Background Checks are provided by Veremark. When configuring your organization, choose the plan that best suits your needs.


Essential Plan

The Essential Plan includes the following background checks:

Reference Check: Collect vital information about a candidate's performance, work habits, and overall suitability for a role, direct from referees that have worked with them the closest. This is an automated check where your candidates will be responsible for nominating referees who can give honest and accurate feedback on them in a timely fashion.

Identity Check: Verify an individuals identity through cross referencing a selfie with their valid passport or driving license.


Professional Plan

The Profession Plan includes all Essential Plan checks, plus:

Employment Verification

Verify an individual's employment history directly with their employers.

Criminal Record Check

A search of recognized police service records and/or court files that reveal disclosable court outcomes for offences excluding spent convictions. This check is country specific.

Social Media Screening

Based on the 7 key Index measures of online behaviour, our social media background check utilizes powerful screening and online behaviour evaluation tools designed to fairly and objectively assess a candidate’s social media profile over a 5 year period.


Executive Plan

The Executive Plan includes all background checks in the Essential and Professional Plan, plus:

Drug Screening

Drug screening utilizing the largest drug test collection site network in the USA with 9,000+ locations nationally

Global Sanctions Check

Identifies individuals involved with money laundering (AML) and terrorist financing and reveals if the candidate is listed on a range of official sanction lists, politically exposed persons (PEPs), terrorists and wanted criminals.
