Keeping your direct deposit details current ensures you receive your pay without delay. If you have a new bank account or need to update your banking details, please follow the steps below.
Before You Begin:
Ensure you have you new bank account number, bank name, branch address, and routing/SWIFT/IBAN code (depending on your country).
Some countries may require additional documentation for verification due to local payroll regulations.
How to Update Your Direct Deposit Information:
Log in to your Helios account
Navigate to My Profile in the side navigation bar
Click Banking in the top navigation bar
βClick the three dots beside your Banking Details
Select Edit
Update all required fields for Account Information and Bank Location Information
Tip: Account Holder Name must match your legal name for Payroll
Review updates for accuracy
Click Save
Important: Incorrect banking details may result in payment delays or rejections. Always verify your new information with your bank before updating.
When Will Changes Take Effect?
Updates are typically applied to the next payroll cycle if submitted before your payroll cutoff date.
