How to Update Your Personal or Contact Information

Keeping your personal and contact information up-to-date ensures you receive important payroll notifications, tax documents and other essential communications.

What you can update:

  • Legal Name (if changed, documentation is required)

  • Nickname

  • Date of Birth

  • SSN/TIN

  • Gender

  • Salutation/Title

  • Pronouns

  • Marital Status

  • Preferred Language

  • Languages Spoken

  • Home Address

  • Phone Number

  • Personal Email Address

  • Work Email Address

  • Country Citizenship

Follow the steps below to update your information:

  1. Log in to your Helios account

  2. Navigate to My Profile on the left navigation bar

  3. My Info will open

  4. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner to edit any of the available fields

  5. Review your changes for accuracy

  6. Click Save in the top-right corner to confirm your updates

  • Updating your address or tax residency may affect your tax withholdings. Please contact our Support Team if you have any questions about how changes may impact your pay or deductions.
