This video explains how to enrol a new contractors in Globalli. It is designed for Company Admins who want a quick visual walkthrough of the process.

Step Summary

  1. Login to app.globalli.io

  2. Click +Add New Hire from the main Dashboard or go to to People from the left- hand navigation and then select +Add New Hire.

  3. Select New Contractor and then Start

  4. Select Contractor

  5. Choose whether Contractor is being engaged as an Individual or Business Entity. For Individual, proceed as follows.

  6. Enter Contract Details. See video guide for Contract Types for an overview of different contract types that can be enabled.

  7. Capture Contractor Information

  8. Enter Payment Terms, including currency, bill rate and invoicing information

  9. Upload Documents. This may include supporting files such as compliance forms or the contractor's certification.

  10. Upload the Contract, and setup e-signature

  11. Review Summary Information

  12. Review or Purchase additional Licenses if needed.
