As your business grows globally, you may need to hire employees in new countries using Employer of Record (EOR) services. Our platform makes it simple to expand into new regions while ensuring compliance with local laws.
This guide will walk you through how to add a new country for EOR as a Company Admin.
Step 1: Navigate to Countries
Log in to your Admin account.
From your Dashboard view, select Countries from the top navigation.
Select + Add Country / Solution
Step 2: Choose Your Solution
Select Employer of Record from the list of solutions
Select Accept Terms and Conditions
Click Continue
💡 Tip: You can visit Country Profile for an overview of labor laws and compliance.
Step 3: Employer of Record - Select countries
Search for and select the country you would like to add. You can add more than one country for EOR at a time.
Click Continue
Enter the # of Employees you plan to hire under EOR
Enter the Estimated Gross Annual Wages for all employees
Enter your Go-Live Date. Go-Live Date refers to the date in which you want the EOR employees to be active in the platform and on EOR payroll.
Click Continue
Step 4: Deposit and Licenses
Purchase additional licenses if needed and pa the required deposit to make this solution change.
If you have a deposit on file, you can select to Apply available deposit
Purchase additional licenses if needed.
Review Total Due amount and Billable Currency
Click Continue
Step 5: Statement of Work
Review your statement of work.
Download SOW in the top right corner to save a copy.
Review Employer of Record Total and Terms & Conditions
Review Funding Transfer Fees
Review Currency Exchange Rates from Local Currency to Billing Currency and Terms & Conditions
Review Summary of Standard Fees
Review Total Due
Review and select I have read and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions
Click Accept
Step 6: Select Payment Method
Choose Credit Card or Invoice Me
Click Continue
Review your payment confirmation. Download your Invoice or select View Dashboard to exit and return to your Company Dashboard.

Processing Time: Some countries may require a short review period before activation.
Support: If you don’t see your desired country, contact your Account Manager or reach out via Support.
