Performance: How to Create Employee Goals

As an employee, you may be encouraged to set performance-related goals aligned with your role. This guide explains how to create, view, and manage your goals directly in Globalli from your employee account.

Step 1: Log in to Your Globalli Employee Account

Step 2: Navigate to Performance Section

  • Once logged in, open the left side menu to find a section labeled:

    • Performance

Step 3: Click “Create Goal” or “Add New Goal”

  • Locate and click the Create Goal button under my goals

  • A form or pop-up will appear where you can enter your goal details.

Step 4: Submit the Goal

  • Once completed, click Submit

  • Your manager will review and approve the goal.

Step 5: Track and Update Progress

  • After submission, go back to My Goals to:

    • Update progress (e.g., 25%, 50%, completed)

    • Add comments or notes

    • Mark goals as achieved when done.
