Purpose:
Establishes the legal employment relationship between the employee and Globalli
Defines the rights and obligations of both parties
Ensures compliance with the Haitian Labour Code
2. Bank Account Details
Requirement:
Employees must provide bank account details for payroll processing.
Details Required:
Account holder name
Bank name
Account number
Purpose:
Enables salary payments via bank transfer
Ensures accurate payroll processing
Allows reimbursement of work-related expenses
3. ID Card, Passport, and Visa (if required)
Requirement:
Employees must provide valid identification and proof of their legal right to work in Haiti.
Accepted Documents:
National ID card
Passport
Valid visa or work permit (for foreign employees, if applicable)
Purpose:
Confirms the employee’s identity
Verifies legal authorization to work in Haiti

4. Social Security – ONA & OFATMA- Optional but not required
Requirement:
Employees must be registered with Haiti’s social security institutions.
Details:
