Getting Started
To access Genius AI:
Log in to your Globalli account.
Navigate to the Genius AI section from the upper right side menu.
Open a new conversation or select an existing session by going to full screen and see history.
Type your question or request into the chat box.
Genius AI responds in real time and can assist with a variety of tasks.
**Ask questions about globalli processes, products, policies, or documentation. Genius AI can quickly retrieve relevant information and provide concise answers.
For example, you can ask Genius AI to:
Analyze employee compensation
Compare information between countries
Identify workforce trends
Summarize data
Generate charts and visualizations
Break down information by department
Export generated insights and reports
**Genius AI understands natural-language questions, so you can ask questions conversationally.
For example:
“Give me insights of my workforce in terms of compensation between French and Germany employees.”
After submitting the question, Genius AI analyzes the available information and provides a response with relevant insights.
**You do not need to start a new conversation for every request.
After Genius AI provides an answer, you can ask a follow-up question using the same conversation.
For example:
“Can you generate a pie chart representing this data per department?”
Genius AI will use the information from the previous analysis to generate the requested visualization.
** Genius AI can turn analyzed data into visual representations.
To request a chart:
Ask Genius AI for the analysis you need.
Review the response.
Enter a follow-up request describing the chart you want.
Select Generate.
Wait while Genius AI processes the request.
Review the generated visualization.
You can ask:
“Can you generate a pie chart representing this data per department?”
Genius AI can generate a visual breakdown such as Total Compensation by Department.
The example shown in the recording generates a departmental compensation visualization based on the France and Germany workforce data.
** You can also request a more structured breakdown of the information.
For example:
“Give me a departmental breakdown of total annual gross compensation.”
Genius AI can organize the results into categories and provide the corresponding compensation amounts and percentages.
The example in the recording presents categories such as:

Finance & Legal
This makes it easier to understand where compensation spending is concentrated.
**Genius AI can also generate an exportable report containing the information and visualizations from your analysis.
To request an export:
Complete your analysis using Genius AI.
Ask Genius AI to export the information.
For example:
“Can you export all the information including the KPIs, charts, and insights?”
Select Generate.
Allow Genius AI to process the request.
Review the generated report.
The report will open in the platform for review.
The report includes information such as:
Total annual gross payroll
Average compensation
Country-level compensation
Top compensated roles
Technical benchmarks
Departmental analysis
Compensation insights
Charts and visualizations

To get the most value from Genius AI:
Be specific in your prompts.
Provide context when asking questions.
Review AI-generated content before sharing externally.
Avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information unless permitted by your organization.
Use follow-up questions to refine responses and obtain more accurate results.
For better results, include:
What you want to know
Which employees or workforce group you are analyzing
Which countries or entities you want to compare
What period you are interested in, when applicable
How you want the information presented
